He has worked with independent restaurants, multi-unit operators, and hospitality brands across North America and the Middle East, helping businesses launch, grow, optimize performance, and achieve sustainable success.
Known for his practical, results-driven approach, Gheith specializes in restaurant turnarounds, concept development, franchise expansion, menu engineering, cost control, operational systems, staff training, and revenue growth strategies.
