Gheith Younes is an internationally experienced restaurant and hospitality consultant with more than 30 years of hands-on expertise in restaurant operations, business development, franchise growth, and profitability improvement. He has worked with independent restaurants, multi-unit operators, and hospitality brands across North America and the Middle East, helping businesses launch, grow, optimize performance, and achieve sustainable success.
Known for his practical, results-driven approach, Gheith specializes in restaurant turnarounds, concept development, franchise expansion, menu engineering, cost control, operational systems, staff training, and revenue growth strategies. His ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions has helped numerous restaurant owners increase profitability, improve guest experiences, and build stronger, more scalable businesses.
Gheith combines extensive industry experience with a strong academic foundation in hospitality and business management. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School in Sydney, Australia, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from IHTTI School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration from IUL – Lebanese International University.
Beyond consulting, Gheith is a recognized industry educator and content creator, sharing actionable insights with restaurant owners, operators, and hospitality professionals through social media, workshops, and advisory services.
